Prince Harry Parts Ways With Meghan Markle (Temporarily) After King Charles’ Emotional Appeal

Prince Harry is embarking on a solo adventure, leaving wife Meghan Markle behind—for now. This new journey isn’t just about a change of scenery; it’s about a potential reconciliation with his father, King Charles, who, according to palace insiders, is feeling a bit nostalgic.

Apparently, the 75-year-old monarch has been reminiscing about the good old days with his youngest son before he left. Despite the royal rift that’s made headlines over the years, Charles is reportedly holding out hope that Harry will return to the fold.

“Charles still loves Harry and wants him back for personal reasons,” a source revealed as quoted by the Daily Mail. “He misses the bond they once had, and the door will always remain open to him and his family.”

“He (Charles) still loves Harry and wants him back for personal reasons – regardless that he and Meghan do not (want to) return to royal life,” the source was quoted as saying.

So, what’s prompting this solo venture? Harry is set to head to New York next month, leaving Meghan behind, in what some royal watchers are calling a strategic move to “prove he’s still relevant.” After stepping back from royal duties in 2020, Harry’s been busy globe-trotting with Meghan, making appearances from Nigeria to Colombia. But now, it seems he’s ready to take the spotlight alone.
Michael Cole, a royal commentator, had his take on the situation. Commenting on GB News that Prince Harry’s upcoming trip is a move to “prove he is still relevant” following his departure from the royal family, Cole said, “When you’re part of the Royal Family, relevance is inherent. But for a semi-detached member like Harry living in California, you need to stay active to show your worth. Hence the recent travels with his wife to Nigeria and Colombia”.

And what better stage than New York during the UN General Assembly and Climate Week, where the world’s biggest players will be gathering?
