Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Are Reportedly in Danger of Losing Their Royal Titles Again

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are busy in Colombia this week on their cultural tour of the country and it seems that the royal family is stewing about their latest philanthropic visit.

The Sussexes’ recent trips have reportedly irked the palace and there might be consequences involving their royal titles.

A source for the Express noted that a “royal family summit” will be held at Balmoral during the annual summer vacation.

“The Royal Family are meeting at Balmoral to discuss a number of different things, but one of them will be the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” the palace insider claimed.

“What people don’t realize is that the Balmoral gathering isn’t just a summer holiday. The family also participates in pre-arranged meetings where they discuss the family’s current position and how they can best prepare for the future.”

Since last year was the first summer without Queen Elizabeth II, the royal family took the time to reflect on her legacy.

This year, they are reportedly thinking about “how the family can best move forward without the Sussexes.” It seems their work with the Invictus Games and the invitations by heads of state are a sore point with King Charles II and Prince William.

“Not only will Harry and Meghan’s tours and upcoming trip to Canada be on the agenda, but also their titles and peerages will be up for discussion,” they added.

This hot topic of conversation has been discussed continually since Harry and Meghan exited the royal family in 2020.

Tom Quinn, author of Kensington Palace: An Intimate Memoir from Queen Mary to Meghan Markle, told The Mirror in May that “Charles and William have had lengthy discussions about stripping Meghan and Harry of their royal titles.”

He doesn’t believe either royal will go through with it because of the PR mess it would likely create for them.
